This has to be one of the ultimate version of Golden Mylk because Sugavida is the ultimate Ayurvedic sweetener and increases the bioavailability of all the other ingredients. It is gluten free and can be vegan depending on the milk you choose.
240ml of milk (choose from almond, pecan, coconut or dairy. They all work.)
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp SugaVida
Good pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
Tiny piece of fresh, peeled ginger root grated or ¼ tsp ginger powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Then pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Drink immediately.
