The locals in Tel Aviv proudly dub it the ‘vegan capital of the world’. And they are not kidding. With 400 vegan and vegan friendly restaurants feeding some 200,000 vegans in Israel, they are serious. Add to that the fact ‘vegan’ is currently the buzzword of the year, I had the chance to sample some of the best food in two cities – Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

It’s an event to thrill even a classic car connoisseur. The Arlberg Classic Car Rally has been held in Lech Zurs am Arlberg since 2010. Promoted with the slogan ‘Driving with friends through heavenly Alpine scenery’, this years’ 10th anniversary was again a testament to the art of automotive engineering travelling along the backdrop of an alpine setting. As part of the celebrations, I went along to marvel at the sight of classic and rare vehicles and even took to the seat herself.

The much-anticipated 2900-passenger Celebrity Edge cruise ship has finally arrived for her first ever European sailings, and there are two brand new ports of call to look forward to: Nauplion in Greece and Santa Margherita on the Italian Riviera. It’s not the biggest cruise liner and it doesn’t have any fancy slides, but like its namesake, it certainly has an ‘edge’ to it and appeals to the contemporary traveller. Luxurious Magazine’s Senior Reporter, Sabi Phagura, went on board to experience all it has to offer.
