You’d think with Covid-19 kicking in this year and having to stay at home and do nothing, we would all be a little relaxed. Wrong! In fact, we have been the opposite and more stressed than ever. And if I am completely honest, that is the main reason I got into fitness as a child. It was to lift my mood and avoid having depression or similar in life. I saw how debilitating it can be.
