If the lighter longer spring days are making you yearn for the great outdoors, make sure you are armed with the right backpack. That’s because when it comes to packs, one size does not fit all. There are many examples of this but the one that sticks in my mind for this particular post is when I used to take a kettlebell with me on holiday. Yep I kid you not. I really can’t imagine exercising without music. That’s because it’s great music which keeps me going and really pushing myself to work harder. The overwhelming impression given by researchers is that tunes improves the performance of simple tasks including fitness. When music is played during a workout or any activity, it has work-enhancing effects  as well as psychological. It can increase physical capacity, boost mood delay tiredness and increase physical activity. With that in mind I always want a good set of headphones to get me all fired up.
